Amrit is Principal at Fine Structure Ventures, where he focuses on identifying high-potential technologies and partnering with leadership teams to translate scientific breakthroughs across multiple domains into scalable businesses.

Prior to joining FSV, he was a Director at Eni Next, the venture capital arm of Eni S.p.A., where he led multiple investments from Seed to Series B across decarbonization, advanced materials, and the broader energy-transition landscape.

Earlier in his career, Amrit spent several years at ExxonMobil in positions of increasing responsibility spanning technology development, strategy, and commercialization, giving him firsthand experience with deploying innovation at industrial scale.

Amrit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, MS/PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
