Shyam Kamadolli

Shyam Kamadolli is a Managing Director at Fine Structure Ventures.   A deep-tech entrepreneur, investor, and dealmaker for over 25 years, Shyam has led early-stage VC investments globally for Applied Crypto Ventures, F-Prime Capital, Eight Roads Capital, and Fidelity Ventures, where his investments included Flywire, Ping Identity, Staked, and MineralTree.

His operating experience includes leading business development at RSA Security and at several VC-backed technology startups he co-founded.  He has a passion for emerging markets and serves on the advisory boards of regional VC funds like Kae Capital in Mumbai and Oui Capital in Lagos.

Shyam received a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University, and MBA degrees from both Columbia Business School and London Business School.
